This hands-on experience highlights her ability to navigate and excel in diverse business environments.

Nick Caton
Account Manager| Western Australia
Nick Caton brings over 25 years of hospitality experience to the table, beginning his journey after studying Civil Engineering at Oxford Brookes University. With a dedication to serving people's needs, Nick spent two decades at SOHO HOUSE, a renowned global members club for the creative industries. He held various leadership roles, including General Manager and Director of Operations for all 14 UK restaurants.
A standout moment in Nick's career was leading the opening of SOHO FARMHOUSE in the Cotswolds, a groundbreaking resort known for its exceptional hospitality. His expertise extends to special projects, where he played a key role in new openings in locations such as Brooklyn, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Istanbul.
Nick is recognised for his adept event management skills, having orchestrated prestigious gatherings like the Cannes Film Festival pop-up club, the House Festival, and official BRITS and Oscar after parties.
Committed to sustainability, Nick actively works towards reducing the impact of single-use plastics in the hospitality industry. Throughout his career, he has prioritised creating happy teams and delivering outstanding guest experiences, characterised by exceptional food, impeccable service, and captivating surroundings.
